our fantastic Pragelato honey.


Tagliatelle 'Le Gialle', with wild boar ragu and porcini mushrooms
Soft and tasty, our tagliatelle with wild boar ragu and porcini mushrooms from the Passet Restaurant are the first choice for those who want to taste the flavours of the mountains. Our tagliatelle are handmade by our chef with selected Italian wheats sand fresh eggs.


Deer stew with civet
The royal dish of the mountains, a rustic recipe typical of our area, suitable for those who want to have the right energy for any activity in Alta Val Chisone.


Raspberry and hazelnut tart
A simple, homemade dish revisited with an extra kick. Our raspberry
and hazelnut tart strikes the perfect balance between soft and crunchy.

The room
The Passet restaurant is a tribute to the mountain culture of the Italian Alps. Inspired by the great traditions of the mountains, it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, emphasising the feeling of peace that you get when you enter a mountain refuge.


Our kitchen offers gluten–free dishes, and pays special attention to all food intolerances and allergies.
